My journey with fitness began long before I became a coach. It started with a simple desire: to feel free in my own body and mind.
Born in Lithuania, shaped by 13 years in the UK, and now based in Abu Dhabi, my story has been one of movement in every sense. Every place I’ve lived has shaped me physically, emotionally, and mentally, and each chapter has brought me closer to the way I move and live today.
For a long time, I struggled with consistency. I would begin workouts full of motivation, only to burn out quickly. I chased results without truly understanding how to train in a way that supported my body, or how to nourish myself for the energy, strength, and balance I was looking for.
At first, I believed fitness had to be strict. Calorie counting, rigid routines, and discipline that felt more like punishment than self-care. But over time, I discovered something far more powerful: true fitness- the kind that lasts is rooted in balance, mindset, and freedom.
I shifted my focus. Instead of counting calories, I learned to eat mindfully, choosing whole, nourishing foods and paying attention to how they made me feel. I built discipline through small, consistent steps: journaling, planning my workouts, committing to three sessions a week, and protecting that time as something sacred.
Now, movement is part of my everyday life. Some days it’s a full workout. Other days it’s a stretch, a walk, or a mindful flow. It’s never about perfection or intensity. It’s about showing up for myself, wherever I am, in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Even when the weather changed or motivation dipped, I found ways to move. Home workouts, cozy sessions by the fire, quick energising mornings in the sun—each one reminded me that movement isn’t tied to a place. It’s something you carry with you.
That’s when I realised what I truly wanted: freedom.
Freedom to move from anywhere.
Freedom to care for my body and mind no matter where life takes me.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others find that same feeling. To build strength, confidence, and self-trust through movement that fits real life.
